Seeking support is a HUGE first step toward growth and change! I strive to provide a safe, welcoming space where clients feel heard, respected, and free from judgment. I believe that connection is so important to working with clients. I prioritize building trusting relationships that honor each individual’s unique experiences and strengths. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. I work to support clients as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. My approach focuses on helping clients develop practical coping skills, while encouraging self-awareness and emotional regulation.

I work with individuals facing concerns such as anxiety, social skills development, anger management, peer and family relationships, self-esteem, and related challenges. I recognize that no two experiences are the same, and I tailor my approach to meet each client where they are, empowering them to build resilience and confidence over time.

Beginning counseling can feel intimidating, and taking that first step requires courage. I believe finding the right “match” is so important! I invite you to reach out to learn more about how we might work together. I offer a 15-minute consultation to connect, answer questions, and help determine if this feels like the right fit for you.
